Commercial quotations generated by KDR Global Trading (Pvt) Ltd are based on active international factory pricing, shipping container ocean freight rates, and prevailing exchange rates. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, quotations remain valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from issuance.
For custom OEM, ODM, or private-label orders, production commences solely following written physical sample sign-off by the client. Client-approved pre-production prototypes establish the definitive quality standard against which final container consignments are verified.
All import operations adhere strictly to the customs legislation and tariffs established by Sri Lanka Customs and relevant statutory boards. KDR ensures accurate HS code classification and regulatory compliance.
Capital industrial machinery, workshop equipment, and power tools sourced through KDR carry manufacturer warranties backed by factory calibration certificates and critical spare parts replenishment. Damage resulting from electrical instability, improper operator use, or unauthorized mechanical modification is excluded.
All commercial agreements, trade contracts, and partnership memorandums are governed exclusively by the commercial laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, with legal proceedings subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo.
